Giving aspiring players the opportunity to experience high performance training environments, we run camps and training days throughout the year, generally during the school holidays. Incorporating all aspects of a professional rugby players training requirement our camps focus on developing each player as an athlete and as a rugby player through high intensity rugby sessions, strength and conditioning training, skill drills, mobility routines and educational and tactical seminars.

Looking to kick start your return to rugby? Join us as we get back into the swing of things. Covering everything from basic passing and catching to contact skills and diving into some tactical aspects of the game, we’ll be getting straight back into it to make up for the lost time.
Designed and developed by former international player, Eoghan Grace and the Pro Rugby Academy team, this one day Return2Rugby camp combines high intensity rugby training, skill development, strength and conditioning, mobility training and educational seminars.
Looking to give players the opportunity to get back into performance rugby training whilst enjoying themselves after a tough time being away from the game we keep fun and good values at the core of everything we do.
With great success stories of players going on to gain premiership academy positions after our camps, we push players’ standards and understanding of the game to a whole new level.
In line with England Rugby’s Return to Rugby Roadmap our camp will follow the protocols with limited contact training and modified games which will either follow Ready4Rugby rules or be touch/tag based. Our staff is tested on a regular basis to ensure the safety of all players.
